Guosheng Quantum Debuts at the 2025 World Manufacturing Conference's Future Industry Scenario Matchmaking Event

On September 22, Guosheng Quantum showcased the world's first quantum current measurement device at the Future Scenario Matchmaking Session of the 2025 World Manufacturing Conference.

To facilitate the alignment of supply and demand in key application scenarios for future industries and to promote demonstration projects showcasing new technologies, products, and innovative applications, the Anhui Provincial Development and Reform Commission is hosting the 2025 World Manufacturing Conference Future Industry Scenario Matchmaking Event, themed "Scenario-Driven Collaboration for Building the Future." Vice Governor Ren Qinghua, Deputy Secretary-General Zhang Hongjun, representatives from member units of the Provincial Joint Conference on Future Industry Development, officials from municipal governments and their respective development and reform commissions, as well as renowned experts, scholars, leading enterprises, and influential think tanks in the field of future industries, will all participate in this important gathering.

During this conference, Anhui Province’s first batch of 10 provincial-level Future Industry Pioneer Zones simultaneously unveiled their scenario capabilities and opportunity lists. As a leading enterprise in Hefei’s quantum precision measurement industry, Guosheng Quantum was honored to be invited as the representative company of Hefei’s Quantum Technology Provincial Future Industry Pioneer Zone, showcasing its innovations to the attendees.

The world's first quantum current measurement device, showcased this time, was jointly developed by Guosheng Quantum and State Grid Anhui. Officially connected to the grid and put into operation at a 110-kV substation on September 15, 2022, this equipment marks the first industrial application of quantum precision measurement technology in the power industry—and also stands as a landmark achievement for Anhui Province in the fields of quantum information technology innovation and its practical industrial applications.

The construction and development of Hefei's Provincial Quantum Technology Future Industry Pioneer Zone not only serve as a vivid microcosm of China's quantum technology transitioning from the lab to a global industrial powerhouse, but also act as the driving force propelling Anhui Province’s future industries forward at "quantum speed."

Photon Box | PNAS Breakthrough! University of Science and Technology of China Team Pioneers "Photothermal Doping" Technology, Achieving High-Precision Addressing of Spin Qubits

In the field of quantum technology, solid-state spin defects are considered one of the most promising platforms for building applications such as quantum computing and quantum sensing due to their long coherence times and stable fluorescence emission at room temperature. However, efficiently and flexibly manipulating and addressing solid-state spin qubits has always been a core challenge for the large-scale application of quantum technology. Traditional methods rely on local electromagnetic fields generated by micro-nano metal wires or fixed nanostructures, whose distribution is not adjustable, resulting in poor spatial selectivity and limited control efficiency.

University of Science and Technology of China | Academician Guo Guangcan's team, Sun Fangwen's research group, achieves arbitrarily reconfigurable optically controlled micro-nano current pathways

Recently, the research team led by Academician Guo Guangcan, Sun Fangwen's group, in collaboration with Zou Chongwen's group from the National Synchrotron Radiation Laboratory/School of Nuclear Science and Technology, achieved optical control of the local insulator-metal phase transition in vanadium dioxide (VO2) thin films. This enabled the creation of micro-nano current pathways with arbitrarily reconfigurable shapes and demonstrated their application in solid-state spin quantum control. Zhang Shaochun, CTO of Guosheng Quantum, was deeply involved in this work. The results were published on August 29 under the title "Reconfigurable photothermal doping filament for selective spin manipulation and addressing" in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences (PNAS).

Popular Science China | The Quantum Revolution of Diamonds: This "Atomic-Level Eye" is Reshaping Measurement Limits

In the previous article, we introduced the cutting-edge technology of "quantum precision measurement": it can achieve ultra-high precision measurements of physical quantities such as time, magnetic fields, and electric currents by manipulating the quantum states of microscopic particles. Simply put: prepare quantum materials, observe the state changes they undergo under the influence of external physical quantities, and then read out these changes to calculate the magnitude of the external physical quantities.
